Guests will select from one of the following meal options during registration:
- Braised Beef Short Ribs with caramelized onion glaze
- Chicken Piccata with lemon-caper sauce
- Vegan Mushroom Bourguignon — mushrooms and root vegetables in a rich red wine sauce
All meals include:
- Baby spinach salad with apples, toasted candied almonds, goat cheese crumbles, and sweet-and-sour dressing
- Chef’s selection of garden-fresh vegetables
- Sour cream and chive mashed potatoes
- Dessert (vegan dessert provided with the Vegan Mushroom option)
Guests who are unable to eat any of the above options may contact events@technologycouncil.com to discuss accommodations. Dietary changes cannot be made after Thursday, February 5.
