

































































The GNTC Awards celebrate the individuals and organizations shaping Middle Tennessee’s technology community. The evening honors innovation, leadership, and impact across the region—all in a high-energy, unforgettable Awards experience.
Registration opens at 5:00pm, followed by an Opening Reception from 5:00–6:00pm. We recommend arriving early to check in, enjoy cocktails, and connect with fellow attendees before the Awards program begins.

Yes. Complimentary coat check will be available for all guests.
Yes. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner during the Awards program. Tables are assigned in advance, with open seating at each table.
Yes. Passed hors d’oeuvres will be served during the Opening Happy Hour, followed by a seated dinner during the Awards program. Beer and wine bars will be open throughout the evening, with wine service offered at tables during the program. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Finalists do not need to be present to win; however, attendance is strongly encouraged to fully enjoy the celebration and recognition. Finalists who are unable to attend are asked to notify the GNTC team in advance and designate a representative who may accept the award on their behalf.
Yes. Professional photography and video will be captured throughout the evening. Event photos will be shared following the Awards.
Yes. The venue is ADA-compliant. If you require specific accommodations, please contact the GNTC team in advance so we can assist.
The 17th Annual GNTC Awards will take place on February 19, 2026, at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Venue details, parking information, and arrival instructions will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another guest. If you need to make a transfer, please contact the GNTC events team prior to the event at events@technologycouncil.com.
Sponsors and select partners receive complimentary registrations as part of their package. Registration instructions and promo codes will be sent directly to the primary point of contact listed on the sponsorship agreement. Promo codes must be entered before completing registration.
Your ticket includes access to the Opening Happy Hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and hosted beer and wine, a seated dinner, the Awards program, the After Party, and a full evening of networking and celebration.
The dress code is Denim & Diamonds—an elevated take on cocktail attire with a creative twist. Think polished, playful, and unmistakably Nashville. Whether you lean into subtle denim details or full-on sparkle, this is a night to dress with personality and have fun with the theme.
Seating is arranged in advance. Sponsors and table purchases are seated together as part of their package. Seating requests may be submitted and will be considered when possible; however, they are not guaranteed.

No. All winners will be announced live on stage during the event.
Parking details and recommendations will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event date. Rideshare (Lyft / Uber) is highly encouraged, as downtown parking can be limited and expensive.
